The Mason Jar Salad!


The Mason Jar Salad is a great way to lose some weight! With plenty of flavor combinations to choose from it’s important to create a “flavor profile” for yourself. 


Dumped mason Jar salad with red cabbage, shredded carrots, feta, chickpeas and blueberries in a balsamic vinegarette!

Below are tips on how to layer your jar properly. I suggest a 24-32oz mason jar for salads. Use half the jar for ingredients and the other half for the lettuce to stay in portion control.
