Founder & CEO
I’m a Registered Dietitian, and Certified Diabetes Educator with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition completed my Didactic Program in Dietetics at Hunter College and my Dietetic Internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Over the years, I’ve worked in both private counseling and directed a clinical nutrition program. A few years ago, I launched Sweet Nutrition NYC, recognizing the growing demand for convenient, accessible nutrition support.
My approach is deeply personalized—I believe sustainable success comes from creating nutrition plans that fit each individual’s unique lifestyle and preferences. I specialize in Weight Loss, Pediatrics, Pre and Postnatal Nutrition, and Diabetes Management.
Outside of my work, I enjoy cooking, photography, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with my two small children and very large dog. While I’m particularly passionate about weight loss counseling, I also bring extensive experience in managing chronic diseases and disorders, helping clients navigate their health with evidence-based strategies and practical, real-life solutions.
I look forward to connecting with you and helping you achieve your nutrition and health goals. Let’s work together to create a plan that works for you.

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with over a decade of experience helping people improve their health and well-being through nutrition and lifestyle changes. My areas of expertise include diabetes care, mechanical feeding issues, and support for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as a range of other nutritional needs. I’ve also led support groups for people working toward weight loss and improved quality of life, and I hope to offer those again in the near future.
I believe in client-led, individualized care and a non-scale approach to health—grounded in the idea that better quality of life is possible in every body. Together, we’ll look at the big picture while taking small, sustainable steps toward meaningful and lasting change.
I live in Brooklyn, NY, where I love walking through new neighborhoods, spending sunny days in Prospect Park, and escaping the city for hikes and beach days. I like to live my life outside!

I’m a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience spanning food service, community health, medical nutrition therapy (MNT), and clinical nutrition. I’m well-versed in delivering evidence-based nutrition education across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. I have a strong background in weight management and in the prevention and management of metabolic diseases, and I’m passionate about empowering clients through accessible, practical nutrition strategies. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve led healthy cooking classes that emphasize budget-friendly, quick, and easy meal preparation. I love helping individuals and families build confidence in the kitchen while making nutritious choices that fit their lifestyle and resources.
I believe in a Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy and take a person-centered approach in all of my work. I’m committed to providing individualized nutrition care that respects each client’s unique goals, cultural background, and health needs. Our first session will be a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll take a thorough diet history, learn about your lifestyle and goals, and work with you to create a realistic, personalized plan to support your journey toward better health.

What customers think of Sweet Nutrition
★★★★★
Rockville Centre, NY
“Carlye is amazing!! During our first appointment, she really took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns and put together an individualized program for me that really works for my lifestyle. She is extremely thorough and very quick to respond if I have a question outside of our usual follow up appointment times. I have lost 53 pounds since I first started my appointments with Caryle and I am so grateful for her insights into helping me accomplish that goal! My only regret is not making that first appointment with her sooner! Highly recommend!”
